The Permalab team in a working session with a client

A small agency that works the way you’d want to be worked with

We’re Permalab, based in Ciudad Real, Spain. We build websites, run campaigns and automate processes for companies that need digital to bring customers, not awards.

Why we exist

Nearly every company we speak to has had a bad experience first: an expensive website that never brought a customer, an agency that vanished after invoicing, a monthly report full of charts nobody could interpret.

We built Permalab to work the opposite way. Fixed quotes in writing, accounts and access always in the client’s name, and reports where you can see what came in and what it cost.

How we work

We tell you no

If a channel doesn’t fit your business or you don’t need a redesign, we say so — even when it means billing less.

Fixed price

Scope and price in writing before we start. If something changes, we discuss it then, not on the invoice.

Everything in your name

Domain, hosting, Google Ads, Analytics and repository. Yours from day one.

No strange lock-ins

We want you to stay because it works, not because a clause says you must.

One point of contact

You talk to whoever does the work, not to a layer of account management.

Local and remote

In Ciudad Real we can meet. Elsewhere, we work just as well at a distance.

From Ciudad Real, working wherever needed

Being in Castilla-La Mancha has one advantage for our local clients: we can sit in their office, watch how they actually work, and understand the business before proposing anything. A video call doesn’t replace that.

And another for everyone else: a regional agency’s cost base isn’t a Madrid or Barcelona one, and that shows in the quote without showing in the result.

  • Ciudad Real province

Puertollano, Tomelloso, Valdepeñas, Alcázar de San Juan and around.

  • Castilla-La Mancha

    Toledo, Albacete, Cuenca and Guadalajara.

  • Rest of Spain and abroad

Remotely, with projects run in English too.

Shall we get to know each other?

A twenty-minute call is usually enough to know whether we fit. And if we don’t, we’ll say that too.
