We automate the work nobody wants to do twice
Posting to social, generating content, moving orders between systems, building Monday’s report. If it has rules and repeats, it can run itself while your team does the part that needs a brain.
We start by measuring where the time goes
Almost every company has two or three tasks eating several hours a week that nobody has ever counted. Our first deliverable isn’t a robot: it’s that list, ranked by hours saved against effort to build.
That tells us what’s worth automating. Some things aren’t, and we say so — automating something you do twice a year is an expensive toy.
What we typically automate
Social media
Calendar, asset generation, per-network adaptation and scheduled publishing, with human review before anything goes out.
Content
Product data, descriptions, article drafts and newsletters built from your real data.
Repetitive admin
Quotes, product uploads, payment reminders, internal alerts, recurring reports.
Customer support
Email classification and routing, FAQ answers, incident summaries.
Data between systems
So the CRM, the spreadsheet and the ERP stop needing a human to copy and paste.
Alerts and control
Warnings when something goes off-script: low stock, stuck order, traffic drop.
What we build it with
Standard tools, not black boxes of ours. If you leave, the flow is still yours and anyone can maintain it.
AI writes the draft. A person still decides
We use language models where they genuinely help: drafting, classifying, summarising, pulling data out of a document. Not where accountability is required.
That’s why every flow we build has checkpoints: the post gets approved, the quote gets reviewed, the customer reply goes past a human above a certain threshold. Automating isn’t the same as looking away.
Traceable
Every run is logged: what happened, when, and with what data.
Reversible
If something fails it stops and tells you. You don’t find out three weeks later.
Documented
You get the flow explained, so understanding it doesn’t depend on us.

Automation FAQs
Do I need to be a big company for this to make sense?
Quite the opposite. In a five-person company, getting five hours a week back is a huge share of the team’s capacity. Small automation projects usually pay for themselves in weeks.
What if I change tools later?
The flows are built on standard platforms like n8n or Make, and they belong to you. If you switch CRM or ecommerce, the connecting piece is adapted — not the whole thing rebuilt.
Will the AI post something odd on my channels?
No, because we don’t give it that autonomy. Content is generated but goes through approval before publishing, unless you explicitly decide otherwise on a low-risk flow.
What does an automation cost?
It’s quoted per flow, based on how many systems are involved and how complex the rules are. Before quoting we work out how many hours a month it saves you, so you can decide with the number in front of you.
Which task is eating your day?
Tell us and we’ll say whether it can be automated, how much time it would save and what it would cost to build.
